Hi boys and girls! I'm a great fan of Dove anti-perspirants, so when I heard Dove were bringing out their new face care range for men this month I jumped at the chance to trial and take part in the Dove Men+Care 'Face Torture' challenge.
The 'Face Torture' Challenge is designed to put my face through its paces and tire my skin, from high impact extreme activities such as a sky dive, an exhilarating speed boat trip down the Thames or to ride the roller coasters at a theme park! I have chosen the latter and I'm off to Thorpe Park to ride the coasters.
The requirements were, not to wear any grooming products ahead of the challenge and then afterwards to document the impact felt on my face as a result. I'm then to apply Dove Men+Care Hydrate+ Facial moisturiser and report on any benefits that I feel it delivers.
It also includes everyday challenges such as shaving over a seven day
period, so I'll be trialling Dove Men+Care Hydrate+ Post Shave Balm.
I'll be reporting the first of the results next week, so please keep an eye out for my 'Face Torture' Challenge posts.
Available from Boots Nationwide.
Thanks for reading.

Sounds like a neat challenge!
ReplyDeleteHey, This is a very interesting challenge. Sounds like a lot of fun too. I've been a fan of the Dove range for years. Looking forward to the results:-)
ReplyDeleteHow does that show any benefits to Dove products? After that your skin will be screaming out for any moisture so regardless of how good or bad the moisturiser is it will feel good.
ReplyDeleteA better challenge would be to use Dove on one half of your face and a different moisturiser on the other half and see which ends up better at the end if the week.
This isn't a criticism of you, just Dove trying to get people to buy into their products on the results of a trial which is guaranteed to make them look good.
