Hi boys and girls. I love to play hockey and I also try to go for a jog on a regular bases; unfortunately, with playing any sport or doing any type of exercise we all get some kind of muscle, joint and ligament pain. To help alleviate these issues the guys at Men Are Useless sent me a tube of Vitaman Desert Muscle Rub to test in advance of it previewing in their Quarterley Discovery box.
I found the rub was easy to apply and what's even better is it's suitable for all skin types. It almost melts when applied to the skin and penetrates quickly, gently warming the skin. Unlike some muscle rubs I've used it doesn't give that uncomfortable burning sensation, in fact it's a pleasant feeling. This rub is great if you have muscular aches and pains, sore joints and ligaments; you might even want to use it pre-workout to warm the muscles, and increase the blood flow. According to Vitaman its natural ingredients helps to stimulate healthy skin cell growth and its anti-inflammatory properties relieve pain. I have found it rather handy and it works a treat pre-workout, my muscles didn't feel as sore after exercise when I've applied it. It isn’t a miracle cure by any means, but it certainly helps if you’re into playing and working hard at any sport or exercise.
Overall, in my opinion this gently warming, quick penetrating sports rub by Vitaman (£28.50 150ml) is ideal for both pre and post workout.
Thanks for reading.

Limited Edition "Le male" Terrible Hip Flask
Hi boys and girls! Probably the majority of you are familiar with Jean Paul Gaultier "Le Male" and "Le male" Terrible, with its male shaped bottles. Now "Le Male" and "Le Male" Terrible have a new look and I think it's a really cool and clever move, especially as the fragrance hasn't changed.
First of all, did you know that the Hip Flask was "once thought of as an object for 'easy women' to hide flasks full of alcohol under their skirts when coming onboard ships to visit gallivanting sailors. Today the flask is redefined as a travelling companion!"
Top notes: Grapefruit, Pink Pepper
Mid notes: Lavender, Vetiver
Base notes: Amberly Musk, Vanilla
Not only do I love this bottle, the fragrance is lovely to. It isn't as sweet as "Le male" and opens with a lovely peppery citrus scent. The grapefruit gives it a slight bitter but fresh scent which blends into the relaxing scent of lavender and the vetiver just reminds me of cut grass. Later on in the day it becomes a slightly warmer musky scent with the amber and the beautiful smell of vanilla finishes this well balanced fragrance; most certainly not 'Terrible'.
This new 125ml bottle cost around £57.00.
Thanks for reading and please let me know what you think of the design and the fragrance.

Out next month! Limited Edition Hairbond Moulder.
Hi boys and girls, I've been lucky enough to have sent to me one of my most favourite hair styling products by Hairbond. Only 6 have been made up so far but as of next month you could be one of only a thousand people to get your hands on a jar of Hairbond's limited edition Moulder!
Moulder stands out against many it's competitors, it smells amazing and the hold is fantastic lasting all day. With most hair products you don't need a lot in your hair and this is no different; shaping and styling with Moulder is easy and unlike the pomades or wax products I've been using, it has a matte finish. I blow dry and occassionally staighten my hair and this can leave it getting frizzy and a little damaged; an added bonus with all of Hairbonds products is it contains Mirustyle X-HP which is an ingredients to protect your hair from high temperatures up to 220°C, so this limits any damage. It also has an ingredients from the rain forest called Sangre de Drago (Dragons Blood) which helps to make your hair appear thicker.
The limited edition Moulder looks great on the bathroom shelf with its clear jar, gold graphics and shiney screw lid. The product itself smells amazing, holds well throughout the day, doesn't look greasy like wax and it's not tested on animals.
You can get your hands on Hairbond Moulder Professional Hair Shaper 100ml direct from the Hairbond website RRP £12.50.
Thanks for reading and please leave me a comment.
